1. Generate Leads: Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and online platforms.
2. Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, preferences, and financial capabilities to provide tailored property recommendations and guidance.
3. Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings, showcasing features, and highlighting investment opportunities to potential buyers or renters.
4. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while maximizing commission potential.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on the real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in the target area to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
6. Documentation: Assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documents related to property transactions.
7. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to generate referrals and repeat business.
8. Follow-Up and After-Sales Support: Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, provide post-sales support, and enhance customer satisfaction.
9. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
